Hi everyone,

My name is Tim and I am looking to begin my real estate investing side hustle in the Breinigsville/Allentown PA area. I am currently in Houston, TX but will be moving back to Allentown in November to continue working at Air Products in Trexlertown PA.

I have been reading about real estate investing, and have scoured the BiggerPockets community over the past year to feel ready to purchase my first property. The time has finally come to begin my journey!

I am looking to house hack a multi-family property, preferably a duplex or triplex that is under $300K, within a 20 minute drive of Air Products.

Like Brandon Turner said in How to Invest in Real Estate, “The best investor spends his time finding the right people, processes, and procedures that will ensure victory.” I am looking to also create a solid foundation with a great team that can help me develop a portfolio of properties.
