I am a section 8 landlord looking for software where I can manage all property details, tenant details, inspection dates, receive repair submission tickets from tenants, and connect bank accounts for each property to view financials.

Anyone have any good recommendations?

Columbus, Ohio has abundance of these opportunities. We work with investors everyday that utilize this strategy. CMHA also approved a substantial increase in the section 8 rents.

Hey @Timothy Galligan - I have several properties here in Chicago that are on section 8 and I can by far tell you the most important is having the right property manager who can vet tenants properly and knows the in's and out's of all the different programs.
