Great intro, man. I'm in a similar boat. Grew up in CT, moved around quite a bit, currently living in Cohoes, but moving back to CT this summer/fall.

I'm definitely interested in hearing more about your goals and if there's any way we could help eachother out in the future.

If you ever want to chat, feel free to reach out.

@Michael Gansberg - Yes, this is absolutely the direction I am looking! Ideally Net-Zero. I am in the process of getting both my LEED GA and WELL AP credentials, so I would love the opportunity to learn more through the design (and hopefully development) of a sustainable, closed loop system. I am still learning what I can about water & waste management solutions, as well as microgrids.

I appreciate your response. I am incredibly eager to learn about anything going on in NY, CT or MA, so please feel free to reach out if there is any way I can bring value in exchange for a bit of education.

Thanks,

TD

I am currently working on a land acquisition in Upstate New York that I will be installing a small/medium 'solar garden', but I am also exploring options for a small LEED housing development to go along with it. Looking into the possibility of a few higher end homes or a small community of townhomes/condos.

I have years of solar development experience, but have yet to get involved with RE development, so I am looking to connect with any sustainability focused/ LEED developers in the upstate region surrounding Hudson/Catskill or Great Barrington.

Any contractors, builders, developers that are interested in discussing a sustainable development opportunity, please feel free to reach out.

Any other insight from anyone in the area would be massively appreciate. As I mentioned, this is new to me and I am very eager to learn.

Thanks all. Have a great weekend.

@Shaun McQuiston

The best way I see for myself to get started, given the current climate, is with wholesaling. I'm hoping to learn what a good deal looks like and what investors in the area are looking for specifically.

I'm new to the Albany area and looking to connect with other local investors. Would love to gain some insight on the area and see if there is any way that I can be of assistance to local investors. Also looking at the Fairfield County area of CT as well and would love to know what type of properties investors might be seeking.
