Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone has used the Acts, REACT, CATS course offered by Jon and Stephanie Ianotti. I have been doing a good amount of research and am considering taking the course since I have a discounted rate for 1/4 of the normal cost.

I fully acknowledge that with any program you are only as successful as the work you put in and the principles you apply. I'm just interested to see if anyone has had any experience with this course. If so, would you consider it worth the investment? It is a one time fee for a lifetime membership that is regularly updated through different market cycles.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Hi Everyone,

It’s my first post on BP and I’m looking to get started in the Pittsburgh market in the near future.

My wife and I just moved into our SFH and are ripping out carpeting currently. As it turns out the hardwood underneath will likely need finished as it is the original flooring and could use some work.

Does anyone in Pittsburgh have a good recommendation for sub-contractors who they’ve used for refinishing hardwood floors?

Thanks in advance!
