Hello Sevier countians/investors.  Looking for some local knowledge on vacant residential land values in Sevier county.  Anybody comfortable giving me a rough estimate/range?  Sevierville city, completely wooded, undeveloped, no driveway but with public road access.  Utilities available at road but not on lot.  I've seen listings for around $30k an acre and some solds in the $17k-$22k an acre range.
