quick backstory I'm basically new in real estate and stumbled upon Bigger Pockets to be honest with you I'm not sure which direction I'm going to go with real estate but I want to get into the game .I guess I would like to start out in a duplex or some sort of income property.

my credit is pretty good.and I do have a modest down payment saved
