Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $80,000
Cash invested: $107,140

First BRRRR... Duplex with upper/lower being 3bd / 1ba. Pulled all money back out

Duplex upper/lower with 2bd / 1ba each

I would definitely sell and use the cash to buy a new rental in the Milwaukee area. You will be able to get a much higher rate of return here.
