Investing in Main Street with Russell Gray

Our speaker this month will be Russell Gray. Russell was the co-host of the Real Estate Guys radio show (and then podcast) for many years. He is a passionate educator; the picture is of Pat being a bit of a fanboy with Russell at an education seminar Russell helped lead. Pat is also holding up a book Russell co-authored “Equity Happens.” Russell’s latest endeavor is to educate people on investing in Main Street instead of Wall Street (totally in line with our club). Rob Kindle will be sharing about his company NexGen that provides industrial wastewater treatment systems. He will share his story as an investor, and specifically building this business. Not only is Rob a seasoned investor and entrepreneur, but he is also grandpa to our members Mike and Vickie (which is why we can get him to make a special trip to Bozeman to come and talk with us).

Back to Basics: How to do the Math on Rental Properties

Tim Ford will be going over cap rates, NOI and all the other calculations that investors use to analyze rental properties.
