Hey all. I have three investment properties Im looking to refi with a DSCR. Properties will probably appraise between 80-100k. Im running into many lenders not lending under 100k. Anyone have any products that wlll refi these smaller loans?

Hey all. I have 4 duplexes and a single family all are in Milwaukee. I renovated most of them a bit and have 6 of the 9 units with section 8 tenants. I recently moved to TN so I'm thinking of selling these and getting something closer to home. I'm all for creative or seller financing options as well. 

Looking for an agent that can help strategize a plan.

Hello. Does anyone recommend a deposit alternative insurance company? I've been reading on the idea where no deposit has to be collected and it insures rent and damages. I only have 9 units and see some require 500+ units to participate.

There are 2 other duplex I want to buy in Ohio. Each 80k. Ok to do a loan with properties in different places? So 2 properties in WI for 70k each and 2 in Ohio for 80k each. 

70k purchase price. I do have another duplex in Milwaukee
