Utilities are in their name. They stole my identity opened a credit card in my name and purchased items so communication with them now has been non existent. There must be a fine line between going to regular eviction court and Supreme Court. Since there is no written contract between me and them and the house is in my name, i would think it would be a straight eviction again now that the document can be proved non existent. That court only takes a few weeks to get into.

Yeah, my lawyer didn't keep me informed with the progress of the the case and has dragged his feet. I wish I would have went with a lawyer now but can't go back in time. As far as property ownership the house is in my Name only. The only thing this woman can prove is she deposited money into my bank account a few grand but there is nothing in writing that is specific to what it was for. I consulted with a few attorneys and they thought this is a straight eviction matter due to the fact that they could supena the notary into court and prove that document doesn't exist. They also never heard of a case that has been this far dragged along and no court date!

I own a home. I took someone to eviction court over a year ago and she produced a document that said she was in a property purchase agreement with me. She was later arrested for it for forging my signature and a notarys signature. The case was dismissed however to be handled in another court. I hires a lawyer to go to court a 2nd time and the judge didn't want to overrule the 1st judges decision even though I had evidence of the document being no good which would have seemed to make it a straight eviction case. My lawyer told me it had to go to Supreme Court now. It's now a year later and all that has been done that I know of is he served her with a 60 day ejection notice last July, then a letter which she had 20 days to respond to in January which she didn't. Does it take a year plus to get someone evicted? Why the ejectment action and not eviction? House is in my name and there is no written contract between me and the woman?
