Hello @Jocelyn Borg, thanks for the response. I purchased the house in GA. In 1995, after moving from New York (my hometown) received an offer for employment in Baltimore in 2012, and decided to rent the property in GA instead of selling. The property is managed by a well known REA at 10%, and so far all is well. Moving forward,  I may manage additional properties myself upon retirement.  Good luck on your RE endeavors and Western MD is beautiful country!

Currently work full time in Baltimore and own one rental in Savannah GA. Looking to obtain more properties to own and manage while on retirement; a few years away. Once again, thanks for the welcome!
