Our team is growing and expanding. We are taking down multifamily in the Midwest. We are currently working on a few  projects in Tulsa, OK. I would love to chat if you have a track record for raising capital and are looking for a GP role.  Cheers!

If you haven't made a decision...I would look into MIH (if spots are open). It's a mentorship and coaching program. Life changing. Everyone does deals, period.

I have 3 outstanding cold callers and run other marketing campaigns in my local market. I am looking to partner with someone in a different market. I will start marketing and sourcing deals in your market/ preferred market. I get the leads and semi qualify them. You run appointments, dispo, etc, and we split profits. I would prefer someone with experience and whose looking to do business not talk about it.

Message me if interested.

Thanks Wayne! You're the man. I appreciate the response. Figured it was pretty simple. Just wanted to make sure before I offered the seller.

I own a property right now that I am financing through the seller. I am looking to alter the terms of the financing agreement. Would I need to close on the house again? How does one alter terms on existing agreement?
