Yeah, I get the infinite banking principal and see many others leveraging the concept.  This is a new venture for him so I'm not super surprised at the lack of feedback out there.  I'm in the same boat, wait and see. Always looking for investors so we'll see if it's another viable source. 

It hit my IG feed so I looked into it. I just can't find ANYTHING online that isn't from Chris or his team.  Annual fee of $1,000, no other payment options.  Nothing about this thing gives me a warm and fuzzy.

Primary residence that could not be sold for less than a $60,000 loss during Covid.

To avoid a loss, leverage tax benefits, and secure a long term investment.

Turn key, $75,000 in upgrades at time of purchase

What was the outcome?

We will break even annually while building equity. This was infinitely better than taking a $60,000 loss but it has slowed our investment progress in Cincinnati

Vetting property management companies. Knowing our BEAUTIFUL property is going to take a bit of a beating lol

Under contract, 35 applicants, filled before first payment

First time home renter. Needed a lot of guidance on minor things. Brought many minor things up after first month that could have been avoided by investing a few extra couple hundred bucks prior to showing.
