@Aaron Mazzrillo I am working on determining the serious buyers in my list. I think sight-unseen sales will occur more often for me as I build my reputation and network. For now, I have to deal with these "newbie:" problems but my end goal is to have an automated, hands-off system of operation so it will be key to have serious buyers. Thanks for the advice!

@Kyle J. that's a good point. I will work on taking better pictures and start taking videos. Thanks!

@Justin Maynard thanks for the advice. I will see how he feels about me contacting the tenants directly.

I was wondering how some other wholesalers handle the challenge of "showing" a property multiple times to different investors and/or their inspectors. Has the seller ever become annoyed with your requests to continuously "show" the property? How would you deal with it?

I have a property under contract that is currently occupied in both units. I have shopped the deal out to my buyers list and multiple investors are available to view the house at different times. I do not want to upset the seller although, other than derailing the deal, he sort of doesn't have much of a choice.

How do I ask my seller with finesse?
