Brick looks good. It could use some power washing. There is one area in the house that has different color brick. Some of the comps do have painted brick. It currently has a 3 foot metal fence. Most homes around in the area has metal fences.

I have a question for you guys. If you guys are flipping a house in the 220K price range. Would you put up a fence or paint the exterior brick? What do you think would bring more buyers to close on the house?
