Hey, does anyone have a contract for a "subject to" deal and/or can advise on how to present a "subject to" offer to a seller?  Meaning I will be taking over the sellers mortgage payments "Subject to " the existing mortgage.  

I'm looking for a real estate investor friendly attorney to help facilitate wholesale transactions in Cincinnati, OH. Any suggestions?
