@Will Barnard hi will I just came across your post and I really liked your suggestions at the bottom where you identified what it takes to be a successful wholesaler. With that being said I'm a first time wholesaler and I'm in communication with a owner who is selling their land a 1 acre parcel for 70k, the land is in a residential area. What are some things I should look for when analyzing this potential deal? I appreciate your feedback.

So here it is I came across a piece of property 1acre of land for sale by owner I decided that I would contact the owner and attempt to do a wholesale. I am currently communicating with the owner and I'm just stuck on what to do mainly because I want to approach this potential deal correctly. Does anyone have any advice I'm new at this?

Hi @Ernest Grindle I have been driving for dollars and I found some prospects and I am going to do my due diligence to get everything correct, learning a lot though. I connected with mailman and he gave some info on abandoned and vacant homes in the area.
