Hello,

My tenant is experiencing a flicker. The flicker is a recessed light in the laundry room. This also previously happened to one in the bathroom- the electrician advised that the light has reached its end.
Should I eat the cost of this type of light replacement again? Another person told me that the tenant should be paying for it. I want to be sure.
