Hehe, I like your bluntness! Well lets see, I am from Orlando originally and moved to Gulfport, Mississippi right before Katrina decided to blow everything away. I then worked with the US Army Corps of Engineers, and inspected almost every single house along the Gulf Coast while they were being demolished. It has been very amazing to watch the market along the coast appreciate so much. The regular house I was renting was originally 800.00 per month before the hurricane. Now its renting for 1600.00!!! I am actually taking a trip there in two weeks to check up on all my friends, so I am pretty excited!!! Umm, other than that, I am 6'4 and love sales!
