I am new to real estate investing. I am trying to figure out how to start investing without much cash of my own. I have been reading a lot about subject to. It makes sense, but I am at a loss as to how to actually complete a deal. I would like to acquire single family homes to either sell on a wrap or lease option to create a passive income flow. Rentals under the right conditions would be okay too.
