@Tony Castronovo I would definitely suggest going to your bank and speaking with a representative they should be able to get the money back seeing how you did not authorize it

has anyone recently used the wholesale calculator. im testing a deal im looking into and from what i put in t seems to be confusing cause this is what i get...

According to the data you provided, you can afford to offer -$122,356.67 to get this property under contract and your end buyer will pay -$112,356.67 for the property, netting you a wholesale fee of$10,000.00. This is based on an eventual ARV of $24,000.00, a profit for your flipping cash buyer of$20,000.00, and a rehab budget of $75,000.00.

my question is why the negative for afford to offer mind yall im new

so i recently went to a class for real estate investing and decided to find a mentor rather then pay thousands of dollars for something that wouldn't give hands on learning or real life experience which is the best way i learn and in my opinion a better outcome in educating so if there is anyone who has been doing this for 1 or more years and willing to teach a newbie please message me
