i am a certified nursing assistant who currently owns 1 rental property. My plan is to buy properties and turn them into assisted residential living then cash out refinance and repeat process. Looking for investors willing to fund remodeling of first rental property for a yearly percentage of business revenue. This market is in high demand esp if reared towards housing homeless and rehabilitated U.S veterans.
