@Sam Lewis thanks! Are there particular parts of those areas that you like? I've heard that certain parts of Middle River and Essex are better than others as far as crime. I'm not really familiar with those areas, so I wasn't sure if you might know a little better.

@JC Cole do you recommend any particular parts of Essex for rentals or house hacking? Particularly areas with a good mix of home owners and renters, but still fairly reasonably priced.

Hi @Sam Lewis! I'm considering looking in the same 3 areas for rentals. I'm pretty familiar with Parkville. Are there particular areas of Middle River and Dundalk that you like or suggest?
