@Jon Holdman

yes Jon I mean renting .

I'll explain a little more .

I mean if someone wants a 1bdr / 1btrm and their budget is 1,500$ .

If I find that but for cheaper 1,200$ , is their anyway I can set them up with the apt and still get the extra 300$ for basically finding the apt for them ?

I was wondering can you wholesale a single apartment unit . Not a building .

Ex- Someone wants to buy a 1 bedroom their budget is 1,500 ..

I find a good one for 1,200 , matching their criteria and etc.

Is there anyway I can wholesale the deal and get the extra $300 ?

Hey guys , I hope everything is going well ..
I was curious though , which do you prefer ?
Wholesale ? Or Lease Option ?
Wholesale seems easier and straight to the point ,
but lease options , seems too bring in more funds .

Hey Stan , im new as well . Im only 18 years old tho , ive looked into this since I was 16 , always found interest . Im from NY but lived in SoCal for about 5 years , honestly I cant give you advice from EXPERIENCE but im gonna say go for it , dont be scared or hesitate just continue to educate yourself on it and whatever else comes along be sure too have alot of knowledge , so those who underestimate you are proven wrong , but maybe you should look more into wholesaling and none of this is easy but from who and what I learned on my own this is the cheapest way , but Goodluck and my email is [email protected] , if you wanna talk to more .
