Also, let people you know what you are up to and what your intentions are. The more people you can connect with the better! Please feel free to message me with anything you need and I'll try steer you the right way.

Thank you for your help! Will follow through with questions as they arise.

Welcome!! I'll be moving to the Norfolk area starting this Thurs. I've been slowly networking myself. If you go to meetup.com there's some REI groups there. I haven't attended a virtual meeting yet, but they do hold them fairly regularly

Thank you checking it out now! Congratulations on the move!

Thank You so much! Gonna check it out for sure.

Hey! Thank you! I would like to get into wholesaling, rehab/flipping. I understand I must crawl before I walk. So Id eventually like to turn that into owning rental properties and building a solid portfolio.

Hello,

So I'm a newbie in the real estate world but have basic knowledge. I have studied and listened to several books, blogs, and videos over the course of 2 months and I'm ready to get my feet wet and get some hands-on experience. I also understand in this business networking is key and would like to connect to any locals. I currently live in the Ghent area of Norfolk, so primarily the Hampton Roads Area would be ideal for me to start (NFK, VB, CHSPK, etc.) I also would be willing to travel to wholesale/invest/be mentee as far as Richmond, VA. Im trying to find my real estate tribe now that I have some capital. If anyone can please point me in the right direction that would be great.
