Where might I find blueprints of an entire city online? 

I recently started doing fix and flips and I want to try and get a loan from the bank through my business.  My question to you all is what do banks normally look for when trying to finance a loan through your business?

I recently started my process of wholesaling and i been driving around looking at properties. I happened to find a lot of abandoned homes, but I’m having a hard time finding the owners of the homes. I was wondering if anybody could give me some insight about how they go about finding home owners .

Has anyone had much luck finding wholesale deals on craigslists? If so what did you search for? Also, if I were to make a craigslist ad to invite sellers my way what would an ideal post look like?

I need some help understanding wholesaling a owner finance deal. I came across properties with an owner finance option. My question is: Contact the seller tell ask them to buy their contract for a specified price and then I tell my buyer what the price is & the ARV and then the buyer will buy the contract from me and then the rest of the transactions are made between the buyer and seller.

I am new to the area and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for private money lenders no cash no credit?
