hi, my name is Tianyi Zhou, and you can call me Bryant. I've been following BP yt channels for more than a year now and a huge fan. I really want to house hack, but im still too scared being young, international, and lack of starting capital.

I will graduate from UIUC soon, and start my Full time W2 job in Manhattan starting Aug.2023, and I'm looking for someone who is doing house hacking in that area (Lic, Brooklyn, even Hoboken, Weehawken, Jersey City area) who can provide me with a stay for 6-12months, and meanwhile allowing to learn the first-handed house hacking experience!

thanks for replying! but like i said, im a still a college student at Urbana, IL, and the other main purpose is to find a place to live. So local meetups is impossible for me
