I'm trying to get a good base in researching the top 5-10 zip codes that are hot beds for wholesaling in the Middle Tennessee areas.  Things to consider: Job Growth, School Systems, and Appreciation opportunities.  Any and all input is appreciated!!

That is amazing!  I am very new to this journey and I hope to create a post similar to yours one day soon!  Taking action with a full time job seems to be my "crutch"(more like excuse).  I know it's possible, just have to work on time management and organization!
