Hattie - Job well done! As a software trainer for judiciary entities in Louisiana, I tend to have my audience train other members of the organization as proof their understanding the concept. I'm new to REI and frankly don't really know where to begin. In my research into REI, wholesaling 'RE seems to be the best way to begin a new career with minimal cost. Hopefully I can build up to other strategies in real estate. The more I read, I'm starting to understand more about the concept and your post proved most helpful. I still feel I need to learn more about the terminology and how to properly estimate rehab cost to be an effective wholesaler. Do you have any advice on books or tools that will help me grasp the concept?

Thanks in advance!
