I was curious because I hardly see or hear realtors or investors speak about it. I was hoping that it is a part of their marketing plan but just not spoken about. Maybe us stagers are your secret weapon. Lol

How many people believe staging plays an important role in marketing your properties?

How many people think it's too costly?

How many people believe potential buyers can see past an empty space and visualize the potential?

This is by no means an advertisement for my business. It is strictly curiosity. I know as an investor it's all about the quick flip, but isn't it also about aesthetics? Whenever I see a commercial, the advertisers stage the set so the product will be more appealing. It's marketing genius. So here is my question:

Why are so many realtors and investors anti-staging? And if they are not, why is it never mentioned in their step by step guides to successful sales?

Hello everyone. I am excited to be a part of an amazing social network for investors. I am a certified Home Stagerand always looking to network with everyone e who has to do with a form of the real state industry. I knknow I come in at the tail end of the process, but I am hoping I can fit in some where within this network. Let me know if you have any questions.
