My team would be happy to discuss. Sounds like you're just getting going and in the team formation stage. Great stage to be in! For starters, I'd recommend looking in gentrifying, developing neighborhoods. Christian Park, Bean Creek, Near East, Near West, Beech Gove, Fountain Square would all be good candidates. We help investors buy here all the time.

Tyler - I am following this thread and sent you an email re: interest in smaller multifamily and SFR in Indy. How is the Fall Creek Place and Near Northside area? I am just learning about the various areas to look for.

Does anyone recommend a property management firm in the Statesboro, GA area?  If you like or dislike, please comment below.  I may be looking into a smaller multifamily property.

@Charles East - Thank you!!

AHi guys!

Does anyone recommend a good property management firm in Thomson, GA?  It is west of Augusta, GA.  Thank you for any help.

I appreciate it.

@Charles Seaman Thank you and I appreciate your help always.

What are some insurance companies you recommend with best coverage and reasonable pricing for owners of apartment buildings.  We are in process of underwriting and our lenders think our estimate of $550 per unit is too conservative.  This is for a new construction of 75 units, no flood zone in Charlotte, NC.  What are other factors to consider in the insurance quote?
