@Thuan Pham, is your LLC a partnership with other people? If so, then loaning money to the LLC could make sense if that if how you deploying your money makes sense.

If this is a single member LLC, then I don't see how loaning money to yourself helps you at all. For federal taxes a single member LLC is a disregarded entity. So, I would just make an owner contribution to the LLC and take disbursements later on as I choose.

I have an opportunity to buy a rental for my LLC, Is it possible to loan my LLC my personal funding at a lower rate than what is the bank giving right now?

Thanks Russell. I would like to be protected from what the tenants do. However I was told that I can't put that property into an LLC because I personally own it via the personal mortgage loan.

I just don't want the tenants at this duplex sue me as an individual if anything happens.

I bought a duplex and mortgage it through the bank.
