Hi Everyone,

I'm considering upgrading to a PRO membership and I wanted to know for those of you who were not PRO for a while, and then upgraded, how do you feel it has helped you?  Meaning, has it had real world effects on your deals, investing, etc?

Appreciate everyone's thoughts.

Thanks!

Wow! Congratulations! Thanks also for providing those details. Invaluable info for a new investor trying to learn the ropes!

Thanks Hugh!

I just downloaded Audipo for that very reason but it seems that Podcast Addict has some more features that makes it a better app.  I'm going to download it today and see how much better it is!  I agree with you on on the 1.5x also --very understandable and helps to listen to more podcasts in a shorter time period.

Thanks again!

What a great post.  Since I joined BP three months ago, I've been trying to acquire enough information to make my first deal.  I'm not there yet.  For me, enough information is just knowing what the steps are and how to remedy mistakes along the way.  As much as failure can be an asset, I don't know anyone that would intentionally seek out failure. One of the biggest hurdles that I have to ultimately overcome is my fear of not knowing what to do if something unexpected occurs, and this leading to catastrophic failure.  I have a bit of social phobia that I am overcoming little by little, but I am determined not to let anything get in the way of my goals. Thank you @Toyin Dawodu !

Despite the complaints on the spelling and grammatical errors, I will point out that BiggerPockets, by and large, seems to have fewer of these types of errors than many, MANY other sites (blogs, social media, etc). I AM a newbie and although I'm still in the learning phase, BiggerPockets so far has been a bottomless pit of invaluable information! Love the site!!

What I could find was on closing your account entirely.  Not sure if that's what you're looking for but if so, then follow these instructions:

"To close your account, go to our privacy page and click the "Close My Account" link at the bottom of the middle section of the page. Follow the directions posted there to complete the account closure."

If you're just looking to remove the information you currently have without closing your account, then you could just delete the information from each field under your Profile & Settings.

Hope this helps.
