But you do need wifi if you want to setup new codes on the lock from 1000km away right? I want to be able to activate codes for a certain amount of time and deactivate it for the week after if a new client comes in, who will have a different code for their week. That's basically the id. But i suppose i can find a way around that.

Those do look interesting. But what happens if you loose internet connection? Or havent you had any problems with that? and how long does the battery last?

First and foremost a happy newyear!
I bought my first investment property for vacation rental and i have a question about some locking systems.
I've been thinking about putting remote controlled locks on the doors of my property, so i can monitor the locks from home and send out temperary access codes to the clients i rent out to.

Does anyone have any experience with these systems and does anyone know a good reliable brand for these kinds of locks.

The reason i want to go this route is because i am looking for another solution than a property manager and to have more control over my property. But to do so i have to able to control it remotely.
