Chris Williams and Ramon Polo I'm an investor actively seeking multi family properties in Fresno, CA in the 0-$400,000 range. How can I get on your investor contact lists?

@Jay Hinrichs - thanks for your comments.  I appreciate you breaking down the various cities of Lake County.

@Brian Burke - Thanks for the response.  I haven't looked into property management yet, but I'll be sure to do so before investing.

@Orion Walker - Thanks so much for your thoughts on the rental market in Lake County. This definitely makes me a little more cautious. What I've seen on the MLS does seem high for the area and there are few properties where the numbers make sense.

I am interested in buying multi-family (2-4 units) properties in Lake County, California. Does anyone have experience investing in this market? My main question is about the rental market demand given that there is no major industry in the area. I know there are casinos, wineries, and agriculture - does this create enough rental demand to ensure there won't be long term vacancies.
