@Eric Wilkinson

A phone call to your electric utility will take care of this. If it’s an automated answering service press 0 to try to get a human. If that doesn’t work, report a power outage and be there when the troubleshooter arrives. Be polite to the employee and even offer something to him (can of pop, homemade cookies, 6 pack of beer in a unmarked bag...). This should do the trick to get him out of the truck and pull some slack off of the line for you. If it’s something he really can’t do, you may need to have another pole installed or go underground or something else. But offering him a treat will probably get you the best response.

I have been noticing that there’s a lot of hype on the Toledo market.

I’m looking for all information about the Toledo market. I’m about 50 miles away from Toledo and maybe I could help someone with something in someway.

What area are people buying in? Campus? Or just anything that fits 1% rule?
