Hello fellow investors!

A common theme I keep picking up on in the some of the bigger pockets podcasts, and also in the entrepreneurial space is the idea of creating processes and systems for your business to operate more efficiently. I want to incorporate this idea into my personal and professional life but I don’t really know where to start. One idea I’ve heard of, is taking time out on Sunday to write out what you need to get done, and what you’re goals are for each of the tasks.

I’m someone that needs to structure my days in order for me to stay motivated. I’ve read Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning and that seemed to help out a lot. But, I’m looking to dive a bit deeper into the topic.

Does anyone have any book/article/podcast recommendations that cover this idea?

Hello Bigger Pockets People!

My name is Tom and as the title states I am a new investor in the Minneapolis area. I'm 24 and just moved here recently and have been looking to by my first property. My ideal strategy at the moment is to house hack a duplex and taking advantage of my first time home buying loan. I'm very new to all this and have only been listening to the podcasts and reading the books for the past couple months, but real estate has lit a fire in me I have never felt before! I'm am very eager to learn more and to meet other investors in the area. Even if you are not in the Minneapolis feel free to shoot me a message!
