Hi BP,

Has anyone worked with Housefolios / Whitmire Group (based in Buford, Georgia) before? Housefolios is an online property analysis tool, but I just got their email pitching turnkey properties to me.  I have never heard of them before so just want to hear from others if they are legit, before I dig deeper.  Thanks!

Has anyone had experience with Solo Self Directed 401K?  I just found https://investorjunkie.com/retirement/5-advantages-self-directed-solo-401k-plan-self-employed/ (note: NOT endorsing them) but it sounds like it is superior to self directed IRA, but I could be wrong. There are just too many choices in this area and I am so overwhelmed!
