@Andrew Johnson as you can imagine, the Start-Up world is one big learning curve, so I very much appreciate your feedback and have learnt a great lesson today! I wish you all the best :)

@Andrew Johnson and @Linda Weygant you caught me, and for that I apologise! I am exploring many different ways of attempting to boost our user base. Maybe this was a foolish one! But I was also attempting to do some market research and find out what other products people are using out there. We are based in London (UK), so I am looking to see what is working in the US. I hope you can both accept my apology

Thanks @Shaun Patterson. Really appreciate that. Looking at Yardi and Buildium, they appear very similar to HeyLandlord? I like that HeyLandlord has the app for its tenants, so it keeps all my communication in one place. I have some very needy tenants.... Also given I have 13 properties, its also free....

Hey guys,

I am looking to stop using managing agents and manager my properties myself since quitting my job. I am looking for great pieces of tech to help with the management, so looking for suggestions.

I am currently using this awesome new service called HeyLandlord, that is completely free for up to 15 properties. Its a communication/management platform used to communicate with my tenants. Tenants download the HeyLandlord app, and can communicate and send my specific repair requests.

Any other good bits of tech that make the management of my rented properties easier?

Many thanks!

Tom
