I’m a new investor from New York City Have been involved in a few flips in the pass two years .

I have one deal under my belt .

Did a Full Rehab of the property.

Have physically

demoed the Property,Reframed, Sheetrock ,

Plaster, painted and work with Experienced

Tradesman to get new plumbing and electric done in the home .

I also worked with the town to have the

water, Gas , and Electric line brought from the street into the home .

I’m looking to do more deals this year.

I’m looking to work with an easy to work Hardmoney Lender .

That looks at the opportunity of the deal

And can close fast .

I will provide comps of the property & work Estimate.
