Thanks for the welcome.  Conor, we currently own our personal property, and if you are willing to share, I would be interested in learning more about your property (how you found it, your financial analysis, financing, and how it has worked out for you).

Nathan, I think we are most interested in purchasing property to rent; however, if the numbers were better to flip, I don't think we would hesitate to do that as well. What about yourself?

Hello RE investor community from the beautiful frozen tundra of Minnesota. My name is Thomas, and I am beginning to explore purchasing residential property to rent (or flip) depending on the numbers. I am in the beginning stages, and typically am very methodical in researching before jumping into something. In addition to utilizing the robust resources on the site (forums, webinars, books, etc...), I am hoping to develop relationships with members that have been in the field for awhile to learn from their experience.
