PLEASE HELP! My brother and I are fortunate enough to be able to start a Rehab business. He went out and got his Real Estate License with the hope to get better access to deals WRONG! I have spent the last 15 years in Architecture and Construction thinking this should be a slam dunk WRONG! We are all cash buyers but always seem to be a minute too late to the dance. Can someone please let us know who,what,where,when, how to get a house. - Middlesex NJ
