Everyone, 

Thank you for the welcome here at BP, I've made it through the beginners guide and starting to work through podcast and the forum. Hopefully by the end of the next month Ill pick a niche and by summer time overcome fear and make my move on my first deal. 

I will see everyone around and hope to keep a decent catalog of my experience so that I can pass on what ill learn when I'm successful or when I make the inevitable mistake.

My name is Thomas Mason. I am a recent graduate and an engineer in the oil industry. I’m hear to learn and increase my education in real estate while I build up capital to make my first deal. I have started reading the ultimate beginners guide and working my way through the forums. I look increase my education, confidence, network, and expertise in real estate.
