@Kyle Deutschmann

Thank you for the advice and support, I will definitely look into these avenues of information.

I attend William & Mary

Hello, I am a freshman in college in Virginia and my university allows students to live off campus for the last 2 years of school, and most students take advantage of this opportunity because the on-campus housing is lacking to say the least. I am interested in taking the remaining time before my junior year to learn more about real estate to be able to purchase a house to house hack for my last 2 years of school. I am looking for any advice of where to learn and any steps I should take whether that be with local real estate agents or just on this platform, anything is appreciated.
