Thanks  for the reply .Can you give me the name of  the property mgt co you use since I had some issues with some in the past.I also would like to know if you have any handyman that you use that are reasonable and reliable? I have three single family properties  ,two in the 35811 zip Huntsville and one in Harvest. I am an out of state investor from Colorado and I felt that the area was growing but also there seems to be a lot of apartments going up ,so I am wondering about rents going forward.   [email protected]

how much apprecuiation has there been in the charlotte area

what about kings mtn and monroe for rentals 

any thoughts about the northport and port charlotte area for new construction  not in flood zones and any issue with hurricanes in this area?
