@Justin Lanciault

I don’t want any other realtor to help me find and show me deals. The only thing I worry about is if a realtor knows some Wholesalers and people like that and I might be missing out on some good deals. But the comment above said it best. Why would she give me the good deals if I’m not exclusive to her. Makes since.

@Daniel DiGiacomo

My realtor said she works with investors but that’s why I was confused about her not being 100% about me having more than one realtor. She’s a great realtor so how should I bridge the gap? Because I certainly want more than one.

Why is it not ok to have more than one realtor as an investor? Being an investor means finding great deals and it’s not like great deals come often. So I’m just curious on why it’s bad business to have more than one realtor considering most of the good deals are found off market and might take a very long time to find. I would understand not to have more than one when buying a house to live in but I just think investment properties are just a different ball game.

In Va or really in any state are you allowed to gift 500.00 to any person who gives you a lead that turns into a deal? If so would an effective strategy be putting “Will give you $500.00 for any leads that becomes a sale” at the top of a website or the bottom of a business card?

@Dominic Cordaro

I live in Lynchburg va but will be moving to Blacksburg Va in the near future. As far a I can tell there are no Real estate investment groups here. I am attending one in Roanoke Va. about an hour away from Lynchburg on Tuesday July 2. It will be my first time attending. I am very eager to learn and really need someone as motivated as I am to partner up with, either a partner or an accountability partner. If you are interest in starting an investment group I’ll be waiting. I am 27 with capital and a great credit score, so if we can find deals I can bring the rest. I am more interested in the Brrrr strategy because it just seems to make since. Message me so we can figure the details such as dates, locations, and just to see where we are both at.

What would be a good strategy for finding a good market? I know this question has been asked before but I like getting new and different answers.

I'm new to real estate and I hear a lot about starting your LLC. Should I start one for my first rental? And if so, where do I start?
