For real estate investment, I think we should consider both monthly cash flow and capital gain.

If we choose the right market and get in / get out at the right time, we can make big capital gain in addition to monthly cash flow. Hope this can help a bit: www.marketcycles.info

Hi Angle,

I just read your post today.

I am looking for opportunities to buy and hold in WA. Do you know any good turn-key investment company in WA? Can you refer them to me?

Thanks for your help.

Dear friends,

I filed SS-4 on 3/3/2016, then on 3/17/2016, IRS issued me the EIN number and requested me to file from 1120 by 06/15/2016.

Since the corporation is just set up and I have no sales or nothing till 31/03/2016 to file and I think the due date should be 06/15/2017!!!

Is it possible that I request IRS and IRS will accept to move the due date to 06/15/2017? If I file this form late, will there be a fine and how much is that?

I need to talk to an accountant about this. Accountant contact or reference is needed.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Hai

Hi everyone,

I am a new investor. I would like to come here to learn things from you all. I understand that the more I give, the more I get, but as a new real estate I have nearly nothing to share now.

Hope I can share something to "our community" when I have some experiences.

Wish all the best to you all.

Thomas
