I'm new to the real estate arena and looking to get into a live-in flip within the next year. I've heard that using the MLS is the worst way to find a good deal. I've been hearing and reading about buying subject to the existing financing. Does anyone have recommendations on a good book to read on this subject? Thanks in advance.
