Don't do it. SEO is essential for your website, but you can learn it yourself and leverage AI to do it for you. If you want to pay somebody, pay a one-time fee for them to set up your site.

SEO / Automation / AI Agents etc

If you aren't using AI agents / automation for your business, you're not gonna be able to compete since they work 24/7, but either learn how to do it or pay an expert to build it for you, teach you how to use it, and then its yours.

That's how you should do it.

PS: Ads are a different story btw. You need someone on your team for those but what you mentioned should be a one-time setup and at most a $100-$200 retainer in case something breaks.

That is great advice for someone like me. I keep holding back because I make excuses about being scared, something will go wrong, or I need someone to show me the ropes when I should just pull the trigger and see where it takes me. Thank you 

I would love to hear from investors and agents with hundreds of deals and folks with one or two deals. Every piece of advice helps! I am interested in wholesaling, vacation rentals, the brrrr method.
