A house I bought in west Virginia has the neighbors power service above ground running directly over my garage and it rubs on my roof. The neighbors house is a rental from a slum lord and making his life harder while fixing this problem is a win win for me on both points. Is there anyway to get them to have to move their service off my property? I can not park my truck in my own driveway without hitting their power line.
